This wine has a bouquet of gooseberry & banana with passionfruit & peaches on the palate. The wine shows a crisp acidity ending in a soft juicy finish.

Dry to taste & softly textured, this features a gentle core of gooseberry fruit, lifted by florals, herbs and estere. The fruit has sweetness & is enlivened by lacy, background acidity. the wine is harmoniously balanced & flows effortlessly with energy & tension, carrying through to a delicately aromatic finish. This is an elegant & fine-textured, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc with youthful esters lift. A little more time in the bottle will see the fruit blossom.
