Trocken is a German word meaning ‘dry’, and this wine is almost bone dry,
but the flavour and richness of the fruit add a delicious balancing sweetness.
A bouquet of smoky pears, melon and citrus fruit, with flavours of guava and pears,
and a lingering mineral finish. Try with cheese, white meat, poultry and fish.
Drink now or until 2015.
