Only the cleanest and most botrytised bunches of late harvest Riesling were chosen from one single vineyard.
Two passes were made through the vineyard to achieve optimum quality.
The nose of pineapple and apricot with nuances of toasty oak is followed on the palate by toffee and marmalade;
finishing with a hint of caramel.
